Founded in 2023, Balmoral Pavers & Landscape is a three-year-old outdoor construction company serving Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek & the greater Valley.
Experience from the ground up.
Our team has hands-on experience across every kind of outdoor project — full backyard remodels, pool decks, patios, walkways, driveway installations, and artificial turf installations. We build from the ground up, starting with excavation and base preparation.
But our business is a little different. Much of our work is righting the wrongs of past contractors who went cheap on materials, provided weak edge restraint, applied polymeric sand improperly, used the wrong sand, or used no sand at all.
When pavers sink, shift, or hold water, it's almost always a sign of what's underneath. We find the root cause and fix it so it stays fixed.

Sunken Pavers
We lift the affected area, correct the compacted base underneath, and reset pavers to a level, uniform surface.

Migrating Pavers
Shifting and spreading joints are corrected by re-aligning pavers and installing proper concrete-anchored edge restraint.

Weak or Missing Edge Restraint
Edges are the first thing to fail. We install commercial-grade restraint so the field of pavers stays locked in place.

Polymeric Sand Failures
Wrong sand, improper application, or no sand at all. We clean out joints and apply the correct polymeric sand to spec.

Improper Base Installation
Thin or uncompacted base causes long-term failure. We excavate and rebuild with properly graded and compacted aggregate.

Drainage Issues
Standing water and washouts on driveways, patios, and pool decks are solved with correct slope and drainage solutions.
